By Appointment Only.  Please call, text, or schedule on-line. I am often booked a week or more in advance.

 

Cancellation Policy

I understand that the unanticipated events happen in everyone’s life.  In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

 24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows another client the opportunity to schedule an appointment. Due to my full client schedule, I will be charging at least 50% of the missed appointment. Fees will be collected from a credit card on file or at the next appointment. If a client cancels within five hours before an appointment, 100% of the appointment fee will be collected.

 

No Shows

A client who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.”  The client will be charged 100% of the missed appointment.

Late Arrivals

If a client arrives late, their service may be shortened to accommodate appointments that follow.  Depending on how late the client arrives, I will determine if there is time remaining to start the appointment or reschedule. Regardless of the length of time actually given, the client will be responsible for the “full” appointment.  Out of respect and consideration to me and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
